PUBLIC notice is hereby given, by Me Francine R. PHARAND, Assistant Secretary-treasurer of the Regional county municipality of Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, that properties described hereafter will be sold at the public auction at the Centre Communautre Récréatif de Gracefield, 5 de la Polyvalente Street, Gracefield, Province of Quebec, on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4th 2012 at 10 :00 a.m. if taxes due and accumulated costs have not been paid at the office of Me Francine R. Pharand, before the day set for the sale. The sale or the withdrawal must be paid in cash or by certified cheque only to the order of Me Francine R. Pharand in trust.
